Weiss: "..."
Weiss forced a smile.
Is there more than one human who surpasses Lord Beerus?
"How many are there?" Weiss asked with a smile.
"I'm not entirely sure how many exactly," the prophetic fish said, shaking its head slightly.
"Oh dear, Lord Beerus, you'd better wake up soon, or it would be too embarrassing if you were overtaken by several humans," Whis said with a smile.
"He's awake!" The prophetic fish turned its head to look in the direction of the castle.
"call out!"
Beerus leaped out of the castle ruins and appeared beside Whis and the Prophecy Fish, rubbing his sleepy eyes.
"Lord Beerus, you're awake?" Whis greeted him with a smile.
Beerus grabbed the Prophecy Fish and rubbed its body against his own, removing all the dust.
Prophecy Fish: "..."
The fish that made the prophecy felt like it wanted to die.
Beerus tossed the prophecy fish into the fish tank, rinsed it in the water, and then rubbed the dust off his body again.
The prophetic fish almost burst into a tirade.
However, several times when he tried to open his mouth, Beerus squeezed it shut.
Beerus tormented the prophecy fish three times before finally letting him return it to the tank. He then yawned, stuck out his tongue, licked his paws, and washed his face.
"Wes, how long have I been asleep?" Beerus asked casually.
“37 years,” Weiss replied.
Beerus's expression froze for a moment, he was a little slow to react, and even his hands paused briefly.
Weiss simply looked at him calmly, offering no further explanation.
Because Weiss knew very well that Beerus would ask the question.
If you don't ask, then there's no need to answer.
"Didn't I set my alarm for 40 years? Why did I wake up three years early?" Beerus looked at Weiss and questioned, "Did you change the alarm's time?"
"Oh dear, oh dear, I didn't change it." Weiss quickly distanced himself from the situation.
Beerus immediately turned and glared at the prophetic fish.
The fish's eye twitched suddenly, and its face changed color.
Weiss, that's not fair of you.
Don't try to absolve yourself completely.
I'm always made to take the blame...
"Prophecy Fish, tell me, why did you change my alarm clock?" Beerus snorted, glaring at Prophecy Fish.
"Well... then I'll tell you the truth." The prophetic fish forced a smile.
"Do you think it's another piece of boring information that it foretold?" Beerus curled his lip and rolled his eyes at the prophecy fish.
"I predict that soon, several humans will surpass Lord Beerus in strength." The prophetic fish told Beerus everything it had predicted.
Beerus's expression froze instantly, his eyes widening in astonishment.
There was a brief silence.
Beerus was delighted and let out a wild laugh. He reached out and grabbed the Prophecy Fish in his hand again.
The prophecy foretold that the fish struggled desperately, but to no avail.
"Stop struggling, it's useless." Beerus snorted, grabbed the fish by the tail and turned him upside down, chuckling, "Tell me, what kind of humans have surpassed me?"
“I don’t know exactly who it is, but one thing is certain…” the prophetic fish hurriedly said, “Anyone who surpasses you is a Saiyan.”
"Saiyan?" Beerus was taken aback and casually tossed the prophecy fish into the air.
The prophecy fish traced a parabola through the air before plunging headfirst into the distant lake.
"puff……"
The next moment, the prophecy fish darted out of the lake, poked its head out, and spat out a mouthful of water.
"Berrus, you bastard, are you trying to choke me to death?" the prophetic fish yelled at Beerus.
Beerus: "..."
You're a fish, how could you choke to death?
“Saiyan? The prophetic fish just said that the Saiyans have surpassed me.” Beerus murmured in thought, tapping his head with a finger. “Now that he mentions it, I did have a precognitive dream about Super Saiyans…”
"What did Lord Beerus dream about?" Whis asked with a smile.
"I think it's called something like Super Saiyan God," Beerus said, rubbing his head, not entirely sure.
“Speaking of Super Saiyan God, I have indeed heard of him,” Whis said with a smile.
"You know?" Beerus was taken aback and gave Whis a deep look.
“His name is Vegeta, the prince of the Saiyans,” Beerus said, immediately projecting Vegeta’s image onto his scepter.
“So it’s this kid! When I first saw him, he was only this tall.” Beerus said, gesturing with his hand to show Vegeta’s height.
At that time, Vegeta was only about 7 years old and his height only reached Beerus's waist.
"You said he is the Super Saiyan God?" Beerus asked again.
“Yes, it’s a rather magical transformation,” Weiss replied.
“I remember… didn’t I tell Frieza to destroy Planet Vegeta? How did this kid manage to survive?” Beerus looked at Vegeta’s portrait again, a little surprised.
“Frieza is dead,” Weiss said calmly.
Beerus: "..."
Beerus's lips twitched slightly, and he was speechless for a moment.
"You said Frieza is dead? How did he die?" Beerus exclaimed, genuinely finding it hard to believe. He quickly recovered and asked, "Was it Vegeta who killed him?"
"Yes." Weiss nodded.
"Did he become the Super Saiyan God and destroy Frieza?" Beerus asked again.
Weiss nodded slightly again.
"I didn't expect this Saiyan prince to have grown to this level." Beerus's lips curled into a slight smile as he asked, "So, where is he now?"
"Let me see." Whis immediately checked Vegeta's location through the crystal ball on his scepter.
The location was quickly determined by Weiss, who then projected the image directly onto the screen.
"Currently, Mr. Vegeta is fighting Majin Buu in the World of the Supreme Kai," Whis replied.
"Majin Buu? That guy woke up?" Beerus was stunned for a moment, then immediately looked at the projected image.
Weiss did not answer the question.
"Is Vegeta's deep blue transformation the Super Saiyan God?" Beerus pointed at Vegeta's transformation.
“This…I’m afraid not.” Weiss shook his head.
Beerus: "..."
“Forget it, let’s go see it in person,” Beerus suggested. “Watching this projection doesn’t have the same immersive experience as being there in person.”
"Is Lord Beerus going to the Supreme Kai's Realm?" Whis asked again.
“Of course we’ll go.” Beerus nodded, then asked curiously, “But speaking of which, why are they fighting in the Supreme Kai’s World? Did that Majin Buu break into the Supreme Kai’s World?”
Just thinking about this aspect made Beerus shudder.
"And... is the Supreme Kai still alive?" Beerus asked hurriedly.
Whis gave Beerus a deep look but said nothing.
"Hmm...it seems he's still alive. If he were dead...I'm afraid I would have disappeared." Beerus sighed deeply, his face turning pale with fright.
“It’s not just fear, it’s inevitable,” Weiss added.
Beerus' face darkened.
You don't need to emphasize it separately.
"Fortunately, I was prepared." Beerus smiled smugly. "I sealed the old Supreme Kai inside the Divine Sword, so even if the current Supreme Kai dies by accident, as long as the old Supreme Kai is still alive, I will be fine."
"The Old Kaioshin has been released." Whis smiled.
Beerus's smile froze on his face, and he gritted his teeth in hatred.
"Who? Who was so wicked as to release that old guy?" Beerus was furious, clenching his fists tightly, three veins bulging on his forehead.
“It’s a Saiyan named Son Goku.” Whis pointed to Son Goku in the projection.
Beerus immediately focused his gaze on Goku.
However, Beerus couldn't see anything through the projection.
"Is there another person next to him, also a Saiyan?" Beerus asked again.
“Yes, his name is Broly.” Weiss nodded slightly.
"You still haven't told me why they all went to the Supreme Kai's world?" Beerus asked. "Where did the Supreme Kai go?"
"Majin Buu originally awoke on Earth, but because their energy level was too high, fighting on Earth would easily destroy it, so they chose to fight in the Supreme Kai's World." Whis looked carefully again and quickly gave the answer.
Beerus: "..."
Beerus's face instantly darkened.
You humans are really bold.
Did they think that fighting on Earth would destroy it, so they went to fight in the Supreme Kai's World?
"Did the Supreme Kai take them there?" Beerus asked again.
