Chapter 11 I made money! I made money! I don't even know how to spend it. It's nearly 1,600 kilometers from California to Colorado. Olivia and Sue drove for seven days before slowly arriving at their destination.
Lost Creek, Blackwater Mountains.
They booked two of the most expensive rooms at the best hotel in a nearby town. The waiter took several suitcases and delivered them to the two rooms, for which they received a tip far exceeding their usual amount.
When they left California, the two traveled light, without any luggage or even a change of clothes. They traveled at a leisurely pace, stopping frequently along the way, and in every city or town they passed through, Sue would take Olivia on a shopping spree.
At first, Olivia was not used to Su's extravagant spending habits. Comparing prices before buying things? That was out of the question. If you wanted to buy something, you would buy the most expensive one, regardless of whether it was practical or not. If you liked it, you would buy it. Sometimes, if Olivia glanced at something a few more times, Su would have already swiped his card to pay for it, and she would not even have a chance to refuse.
The clothes, shoes, underwear, socks, and other items that the two of them usually wore were never washed; they were discarded after being taken off. This was the first time Olivia had realized that these things were actually disposable!
The most expensive and latest model mobile phone, Su bought more than ten and left them in the car as spares.
Despite Olivia's explicit statement that she didn't need the latest luxury handbags, Su still bought a huge quantity.
In a word, one word.
buy!
Buy and buy!
Olivia felt as if Su was spending her own money, completely unconcerned about what she bought, only caring whether the money was spent and how much!
Despite several attempts to persuade her, Ms. Su continued to do as she pleased.
Olivia didn't know where his money came from, but it was clear that he had so much money that he didn't know what to do with it, so why bother trying to persuade him?
Su really didn't know what to do with the money.
In seven days, occasionally using his shadow clones, he earned a total of over 1.3 million US dollars. Even though he was extravagant and only bought expensive items, he only spent a fraction of that amount.
Spending money is definitely a skill!
Spending money in a planned and meaningful way is the skill that Su needs to master most right now. Spending money aimlessly makes one look like a nouveau riche, and one's temperament is not up to par!
The night is getting darker.
"Oh!"
Su summoned a shadow clone, leaving it in the room to continue its chakra control training. Su then walked to the window and, under the cover of night, quietly descended to the ground by stepping on the wall.
"Earth escape: Submerge in the earth!"
Form the hand seal and release.
The once-hard ground beneath their feet turned into quicksand, and Su's body sank into the quicksand, heading towards the forest in the distant Blackwater Mountains.
The night was pitch black, and the forest was silent.
Su arrived submerged underground and quickly discovered an abandoned mine. He surfaced, emerged from the ground, and disengaged from his underground descent. His eyes widened as he stared at the mine entrance, which resembled the gaping maw of a ferocious beast.
"White eyes, open!"
In an instant, the originally dark and invisible environment turned into a snow-white world, and everything in sight became transparent and three-dimensional.
The environment inside the mine is clearly visible and under our control.
There should be a supernatural creature in this mine called the man-eating monster, whose name comes from an ancient Native American word for "gluttonous demon".
Every cannibal was once a human, perhaps an Indian, a miner, a settler, or a hunter. When the harsh winter came, they ran out of supplies and were starving. So, in order to survive, they began to devour their own kind, eating people from their own tribe or village. Once they had eaten enough, they would become cannibals.
The cannibal can mimic human voices, has sharp claws, and moves extremely fast. Hidden in this dense primeval forest, even the best hunters will become its prey.
In terms of danger level, cannibals are more dangerous than shapeshifters.
The danger of shapeshifters lies in their ability to transform into anyone and launch surprise attacks, making them impossible to defend against and difficult to kill using conventional methods. On the other hand, cannibals are fast and have sharp claws, making them equally difficult to kill using conventional means. Not to mention this open and well-covered environment, even in a one-on-one fight in an enclosed environment, the chances of survival are slim.
The Su family originally planned to encounter the Wen brothers by chance and then deal with the cannibals together. After all, the cannibals' weakness was fire. With the Wen brothers' assistance, they could find the right opportunity to extinguish the monster with a powerful fire attack.
The cannibal is fast and agile. I currently lack martial arts skills and my reaction time needs improvement. If we were to fight one-on-one, the chances of me losing would be extremely high.
With the help of Earth-based Submarine and Explosive Tags, Su felt more confident and decided to give it a try. As long as he wasn't instantly killed, he could use Earth-based Submarine to escape or use the Explosive Tags to turn the tables.
"found it!"
In Bai Yan's gaze, a tall and slender figure appeared. Su Shi's lips curled up slightly, and she was about to suppress her excitement when she suddenly realized that there was more than one figure in her line of sight.
Several hundred meters away from this figure, several figures were gathered together, and judging from their posture, they were probably being hung up.
These figures were relatively short, more in line with the height of normal humans. Among them was a woman, and several others showed no signs of life and were already dead.
"Did I get the time wrong? In the plot, the Wen brothers didn't arrive until a week after Sam's girlfriend died, and then they went into the mountains with Hailey, the female lead of this episode, to search for their missing brother who went camping. According to the schedule, it should be tomorrow, right? Why is it earlier?"
Although the identities of these people are uncertain, they should be the Wen brothers and Hailey's group if there are no surprises.
Su was very glad that she had arrived early. Otherwise, missing the chance encounter with the Wen brothers would have been a minor matter, but the fact that the cannibal monster had been dealt with by the Wen brothers would have been a major one. After all, if she missed this opportunity, she didn't know when she would be able to meet him again.
……
PS: Brothers, if you haven't added this to your favorites yet, please do so! New book data is very important, and I'm super nervous since I haven't started a new book in so long.
Chapter 12 Shuriken - Throwing Them All Out! In the dark mine, several people were suspended by ropes with their hands raised high. A cold wind rustled softly, and the piles of white bones not far away trembled slightly.
The ground turned into quicksand, and Su Shi floated to the surface.
"It's indeed them!"
The people hanging in front of them were the Wen brothers and Hailey, among others.
Looking at the unconscious Wen brothers, Su recalled the plot.
The Wen brothers arrived at the coordinates left by their father and happened to hear that three boys had gone missing while camping in the forest. They then began to investigate, and together with Hailey, who was preparing to search for her younger brother, Hailey's other younger brother, and the hunter Hailey had hired, they went into the mountains.
After entering the mountains, they discovered the campsite of the three boys. The tents were destroyed and bloodstains were everywhere. The Wen brothers realized something was wrong, but the hunter, who was armed and experienced, did not believe the Wen brothers' warnings. Then the hunter was lured out by the cannibal and killed.
The rest of the people fled. Dean and Hailey were captured by the cannibal and taken back to the mine. Sam and Hailey's other brother followed the clues left by Dean to find the mine and found them. After several dangerous encounters, Dean finally hit the cannibal with a flare gun, causing it to burn to death.
The cannibal's weaknesses are its fear of fire and the Anasazi symbol (an ancient Native American symbol).
Now, the fact that the plot happened a day earlier can be seen as a butterfly effect. After all, she had warned the Wen brothers that the yellow-eyed demon was coming soon, so it was normal for them to speed up their search for their father. But Su couldn't understand how they were all wiped out and taken down in one fell swoop.
The people hanging there were the Wen brothers, Hailey, and Hailey's two younger brothers; they were all still alive. Then there was a man in camouflage, fully armed, presumably the hunter Hailey had hired; he was dead. Next to him hung two bloodstained boys, presumably the other two boys who had been camping with Hailey's brothers; they were already dead.
"Is this some kind of plot cheat? The important characters are all alive, but all the irrelevant extras are dead," Su complained, slapping Dean's face. "Big Brother, it's time for your medicine."
Dean blinked slightly, opened his eyes, and gasped sharply. What a terrifying pair of white eyes! Wait, white eyes? Dean instantly snapped back to reality.
"It's you?!"
Dean recalled the fear of being dominated by the glares.
"What are you doing here?" Dean asked in surprise, looking around before quickly spotting his brother and the others. "Sam, wake up, Sam..."
"Shh-"
A flash of cold light, and Dean landed with a thud. Su handed him the kunai. "Take them out first."
"What about you?" Dean took the bag and paused for a moment before saying, "There's a cannibal here, it's tough to deal with. I'll put them down first and have Sam take them out. I'll stay and help you."
"what ever."
Su did not refuse, but turned around and went to find the cannibal.
Having the White Eye activated is like having a wallhack in PUBG; environmental factors can be completely ignored. No matter how complex or dark the mine is, it has no effect on him.
A few minutes later, Su and the cannibal were practically face-to-face. If Su were to play a trick and wait for the cannibal to come to him, he could unleash a devastating blast of fire. The cannibal probably wouldn't be able to react in time. Even a flare gun could kill a cannibal, let alone a devastating blast of fire.
Su felt that his mindset needed adjustment; he seemed to have underestimated his own strength or overestimated the cannibal.
The Byakugan and the Great Fire Annihilation technique alone should be enough to easily deal with the cannibal. If all else fails, a Shadow Clone with an explosive tag can rush in and take everyone down with them.
After reassessing the strength of both sides, Su felt that her safety should be fine and decided to take this opportunity to hone her skills.
Experience in fighting enemies is something that needs to be accumulated.
How did the Wen brothers' "Where Did Dad Go?" come about? It was a training journey prepared for them by their father.
With a long sigh, Su's white eyes flashed with excitement and tension as she stared intently at the cannibal that was about to appear around the corner.
With a flick of his wrists, five shuriken were poised to be unleashed.
In the darkness, a tall, slender figure appeared around the corner. The body was emaciated, the head was completely bald, and although the body and features resembled those of a human, the face was like that of a demon. The skin on the body was hard and dry, and the hands were like the claws of an animal with long, sharp nails.
"Shuriken - Throw All of Them Outwards!"
With a soft shout, Su threw the shuriken forcefully at the cannibal.
He swore he was aiming for the cannibal's head.
Eyes: Aiming at the head.
Hand: Aimed.
result……
Although the shuriken hit the cannibal, only one struck its face and failed to break its defenses. The other shuriken perfectly avoided their target, either hitting the cannibal's body or the nearby mine wall.
Clang, clang, scattered all over the ground.
The cannibal was taken aback, seemingly not expecting that there was still a survivor in its own home who dared to attack it. It roared angrily, its claws flashing with cold light, and charged directly at Su Shi.
"Jiraiya is really unreliable..." Su Shi focused his Byakugan's pupil power on the man-eating monster's movements, holding the kunai extracted from the system. When the man-eating monster swung its claws back, he seized the opportunity to dodge to the side. His face and the claws brushed past each other, and an indescribable, disgusting smell filled his nostrils.
With a slide and a turn, Su gripped the shuriken in both hands and delivered a backstab to the cannibal.
"Pfft!"
The shuriken pierced the ogre's back half an inch before stopping, unable to go any deeper. The ogre howled in anger at being backstabbed, and turned to swing its claws. In a flash, Su found himself incredibly calm, and he ducked to dodge the sweeping attack. Then, a giant sword suddenly appeared in his hand.
He clenched his fists, stood up, and swung his fist upwards at the cannibal's arm.
Broken Blade - Decapitation Blade!

Chapter 13 The True Decapitation Blade! "Crack!"
The decapitation blade pierced the cannibal's arm, and Su felt the resistance generated by the friction between the blade and the bone.
