To gain initial control over the visualized body, one must at least have a complete physical form and complete the eye-dotting technique.

Without eyes, there is no spirit; without spirit, there is no master. How can one gather herbs? Let alone transform into a spirit.

Yin spirit, also known as consciousness spirit, can be used to introspect one's own body.

The Yellow Emperor's Inner Vision Method states: "Contemplate and focus your thoughts until you see the five internal organs as if they were hanging chimes, with the five colors clearly visible. Do not stop."

Only at this stage can one truly begin the path of internal alchemy cultivation.

Therefore, Chen Chunan still has a long way to go.
