The sheriff stated, "According to surveillance footage, this human appeared out of nowhere in front of the Giant Pendulum Monument."
The Sheriff sent a video file, which the head of state opened. The video showed the central square of the capital. Everything seemed normal until suddenly, a human from Earth appeared from more than two meters in the air and landed in front of the giant pendulum monument.
"There was nothing unusual about this person before he appeared, and nothing unusual after he appeared either, as if he had always been there."
The biggest anomaly is the lack of any abnormalities; with their technology, they couldn't even detect how this person appeared.
After watching the video, the leader asked, "Is it possible to confirm his identity?"
