As soon as the Hogwarts Express arrived at the platform, I said goodbye to the people sitting in the same carriage.

I used 'Apparition' to drag my suitcase back to my villa, where Butler Chen and three servants were already waiting for me at the door.

"Welcome home, Young Master Ayers." Butler Chen took the suitcase from my hands and handed it to the servant behind him, then took the outer robe that I had taken off.

"Has Severus returned?" I asked Butler Chen first. If Severus had already returned, he was probably in the potions room. If he hadn't returned, I planned to go to my room to take a shower first.

"He's back, but he told us not to disturb him." Butler Chen handed my outer robe to the second servant, who then took a hot towel from another servant to wipe my hands.

"Then call us when it's time to eat. I'm going to take a bath first." Since Severus is in the potions room, I'll go take a bath and change into some clean clothes first.

After returning to my room, I took a shower, dried my wet hair, and walked out of the bathroom. I lay down on my big bed, closed my eyes, and rested quietly.

When I arrived at the restaurant after getting ready, I saw Severus already seated, ready to eat the dinner prepared by Butler Chen.

Severus sat quietly at the dining table, his back to me, his posture upright yet relaxed.

He leaned forward slightly, his gaze fixed on the plate in front of him, seemingly appreciating the dinner, or perhaps deep in thought.

I walked towards him quietly, afraid that the slightest sound would break the tranquility.

When I came up behind him, I stopped and gazed at his back in silence.

His hair shimmered faintly under the bright lights, with a few stray strands falling casually down his neck.

I slowly stretched out my hands and gently placed them on his shoulders. My fingertips touched his warm skin, and a familiar and reassuring feeling instantly spread throughout my body.

Then, I leaned down slightly, gently pressed my head against his cheek, and rested my head on his shoulder.

I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. The air was filled with his unique scent, a blend of medicinal herbs that intoxicated me.

I slowly wrapped my arms around his waist, embracing him tightly, as if I wanted to merge my body into his and become an inseparable part of his life.

He seemed to sense my presence, his body stiffened slightly, then relaxed, and he raised his hand to gently place it on mine.

We held each other quietly, without saying a word, only the sounds of our heartbeats and even breathing mingling together.

At that moment, time seemed to stand still.

All the noise from the outside world was irrelevant to us; the whole world consisted of just the two of us, immersed in this warm and peaceful atmosphere.

I felt his body temperature, and my heart was filled with endless longing and love.

In this world, such a simple hug made me feel an unprecedented sense of happiness and fulfillment.

After a while, he turned his head, gently kissed my forehead, and whispered, "You're back."

I raised my head slightly, looked into his eyes, which were full of affection and tenderness, and replied, "Yes, I'm back. We've only been apart for a short while, but I've already missed you terribly."

After we finished speaking, we smiled at each other, and the love in our smiles became even stronger under the bright lights.

"Sit down and eat with us. Butler Chen just told me to come out for dinner, so I knew you were already home." Severus knew that if he were alone, Butler Chen would have brought dinner to him.

The only reason someone would invite them out for a meal is if the owner of the house has returned.
